They had a sign asking for Google reviews, so here goes...took in a tire (purchased from same store recently) for a quick repair and that all went well dealing with the guy at the front counter. It's obvious they have a new young man just learning and he was off to the side. Good interaction with what I am assuming was the store manager who seems to be always there and took my tire in with no hassle. Came back to pick up the tire and the young man is now in the middle station with a large handmade sign, "In training but he can help". So, as the older employee (not the manager from earlier) is dealing with another customer ahead of me I ask the young man if he can help get my tire that was just repaired. He says "Nope". The older man next to him then says he can't do anything except roll a tire. I respond, "That's exactly all that I need". So, I ask the young man again, "Can you roll that tire to me" and he replies "No. It's only my third day". So, I asked because there was a sign, had a simple task that even the older employee said he was capable of and both the young man and the older man let me hanging. This is the only place in North Nevada that does alignment for my Tesla model 3. And it has the best customer service I have experienced so far from all the locations. I had purchased lifetime option a year ago brought it again for the check after 20k miles. All done great. Customer Service is exceptional. I have liftime allignment on all my family cars from tireplus. But this specific location is exceptional: despite the fact that this (and any future times) this service will be free as I already purchased "lifetime" option, I was treated as a new customer - the manager and the other front desk employee were HAPPY to see me. Oftentimes at other locations they realize that they have to do the work for free (since this is lifetime servece for which I already paid), I had a feeling that they were not really excited to see me again. At this location I felt that the sevice manager is there to help you, I felt the manager was understanding the specifics what I needed, and the work was done in a very short time. 5+ stars!

Always been my go to for keep my tires and oil changes. They have always been very helpful in both fields for me across a couple of different cars. If someone were to ask me for a place to go for oil changes and tires I would recommend this business. They have also done a great job keeping me up to date with possible repairs I might be needing based on their inspections and age of certain elements of my vehicles. Great staff. Great offers and programs.

We're traveling to Oregon from Arizona and noticed our tires air pressure was low. We searched Google for a tire shop nearby, and chose RNR because their ratings were so high. I asked if they could check our tire pressure and they were more than happy to do it. Both the manager and the young man that took care of us were very professional, and courteous. Both also had an attitude of genuine helpfulness. We were back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Thank you RNR!!

Christin and Jeremy are seriously amazing!🤗 . They made everything so easy from getting my appointment set up to making sure my car was fully taken care of. Christin is the sweetest ever — so bubbly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She really takes the time to help, answer questions, explain services, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time instead of just treating you like another customer. Jeremy was also super helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about people and want to make sure your vehicle is safe and running great. It’s honestly hard to find places this trustworthy anymore. They go above and beyond, have the best customer service, and make you actually want to come back. Christin is truly a golden gem and tires plus is lucky to have both of them. I’ll definitely keep coming here and recommending them to everyone I know!❤️🙂💐
